Within the framework of the active scientific presence of the academic staff of Karbala Polytechnic College and their participation in research and academic activities, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul-Ridha Marzah participated as a member, and Asst. Prof. Ali Nima Hassan as a member and supervisor, in the defense of a master’s thesis in the Community Health Technology Department at the Health and Medical Technical College / Kufa, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University.

The thesis, submitted by student Haider Abdul-Wahed Mohammed, is titled “The Relationship Between Dietary Patterns and Levels of Iron, Vitamin D, and Hemoglobin Among Pregnant Women Visiting the Maternity and Obstetrics Teaching Hospital in the Holy Karbala Governorate / Iraq”.

This scientific participation reflects the contribution of Karbala Polytechnic College’s academic staff in supporting postgraduate studies and scientific research, and enhancing academic cooperation and the exchange of expertise between the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, which contributes to developing applied research in health and community fields.
