Snapshots from the training program for developing the skills of university leaders (Heads of Scientific Departments) in the field of legal skills, held for the period from February 4, 2024, to February 11, 2024. The course included the participation of 44 heads of departments from the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University (Karbala Technical Institute, Babylon Technical Institute, Al-Musaib Technical Institute, and Al-Musaib Technical College), under the supervision of the Continuing Education Center.
The course was held at Karbala Technical Institute, where the lecturer, Lect. Dr. Hussein Issa from Babylon Technical Institute, presented the course’s axes. The topics included the State Employees Discipline Law, the University Service Law, the Civil Service Law, contract drafting, administrative investigation, and intellectual property.
