As part of the committee’s activities in the Accounting Technology Department for the academic year 2024-2025, and within its first-semester program for second-stage students, and under the generous sponsorship of the Institute’s Deanship and the Department Presidency, a scientific trip was organized to the Sulaymaniyah Company (Kalleh) for dairy and food products.
The trip was supervised by Asst. Lect. Iman Abdul-Rahim Al-Mayahi, Asst. Lect. Hasanain Ali, Asst. Lect. Walaa Haider, Mrs. Fadhla Abbas, Mrs. Dalal Muhi, and Mrs. Hadeer Ali, with the purpose of introducing students to the accounting systems applied in the company.
Furthermore, academic staff member Asst. Lect. Iman Abdul-Rahim presented a seminar explaining the product pricing mechanism. The accounts department at the aforementioned company also presented several workshops and seminars to explain the mechanisms of production, pricing, and marketing, as well as the production stages.
