Within the framework of its continuous keenness to enhance health awareness and present purposeful initiatives for community service, the Medical Laboratory Technology Department organized a specialized scientific seminar titled “Oral Health Care and Prevention of Chronic Diseases.”
The seminar addressed the close link between oral health and overall physical well-being, as well as the role of early prevention in reducing the incidence of chronic diseases. The lectures were delivered by a group of distinguished academics, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Zeina Ali Deily from Al-Ameed University / College of Dentistry, and Dr. Najat Hussein Zuweir from the Karbala Health Directorate.
The seminar took place at 10:30 AM in Imam Al-Redha Hall and witnessed broad interactive attendance from interested participants and students seeking to benefit from the scientific discourse and contribute to spreading community health awareness.
