Within Karbala Polytechnic College’s strategy of enhancing field monitoring and developing institutional performance, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fadel Mohammed Dhaher, accompanied by the Associate Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Fadel Al-Yasiri, conducted an inspection tour of the Student Affairs and Registration Division to review the workflow and monitor the level of services provided to students, within the framework of continuous keenness to elevate administrative performance and develop the university work environment.

During the tour, the Dean reviewed the mechanisms for completing student transactions and the procedures followed in organizing registration work, documents, and academic files, as well as following up on the daily workflow and the extent of adherence to ministerial and university controls and instructions, ensuring the provision of accurate and rapid administrative services that meet students’ needs.

The Dean emphasized the importance of developing the services provided in the Student Affairs and Registration Division by simplifying procedures, employing digital technologies, and adhering to quality standards in completing transactions, praising the efforts exerted by the division’s staff in serving students and efficiently and responsibly accomplishing the tasks entrusted to them.

This tour comes as part of the continuous field monitoring program adopted by the Deanship of Karbala Polytechnic College, in alignment with the directions of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at developing the university environment, elevating the quality of administrative performance, and enhancing services provided to students in a way that contributes to supporting the educational process and achieving its goals.
