Academic staff member Abbas Ahmed Mohammed from the Office Management Department at Karbala Technical Institute participated in the First National Scientific Conference for Job Creativity, which was held at the Studies and Research Center affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, under the title “Distinguished Achievements are a Standard for Job Creativity.”
Academic staff member Abbas Ahmed Mohammed presented scientific research titled “The Role of Creative Leadership in Empowering Human Resources.” The research aims to demonstrate the role of creative leadership in empowering human resources, while the research problem included several questions revolving around the nature of the relationship between its variables in the field. The research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of investing in the positive impact of creative leadership in empowering human resources. The research gained the admiration of the attendees and participants for the innovative ideas and practical solutions it contained for current challenges.
Academic staff member Abbas Ahmed Mohammed expressed his thanks and appreciation to Karbala Technical Institute for its continuous support of scientific research and its constant encouragement to participate in such conferences, which contribute to raising the level of creativity and career development in Iraq.
