Within the framework of the active scientific presence of the academic staff of Karbala Polytechnic College and their participation in academic and research activities, academic staff member Prof. Maitham Salem Attiya participated as a member and supervisor in the defense of a master’s thesis in the Community Health Technology Department at the Health and Medical Technical College / Kufa, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University.
The thesis, submitted by student Sarah Ahmed Ali, is titled “Assessment of Drinking Water Quality, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Services in the Secondary Education Sector in the City of Hillah in Babylon Governorate / Iraq”.
This participation comes as an affirmation of the role of Karbala Polytechnic College’s academic staff in supporting the journey of postgraduate studies and scientific research, and enhancing academic cooperation between the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, which contributes to developing applied research and addressing health and environmental issues relevant to the community.
