Within the framework of Karbala Polytechnic College’s strategy aimed at developing academic capabilities and enhancing training competencies, academic staff member Dr. Rasoul Taher Al-Asadi obtained the Training of Trainers (TOT) certification specialized in training adolescents. The program was organized by the Technical Education Authority affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, as part of the preparations to launch the “One Thousand Programmer Leaders” initiative.
Dr. Rasoul Taher Al-Asadi obtained this certification after successfully completing the requirements of the training program, which aimed to qualify trainers who possess modern skills in the fields of training and guidance, according to the latest educational methods and approved methodologies in preparing young leaders.
The course aimed to prepare qualified training cadres capable of developing the skills of adolescents and refining their leadership and technical abilities. This contributes to supporting purposeful community initiatives, enhancing the quality of training programs, and preparing a conscious generation that possesses creativity, innovation, and leadership skills.
This accreditation comes in alignment with the directions of Karbala Polytechnic College, Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in supporting the professional development of academic staff, enhancing the culture of continuous training, and building academic cadres that possess the competence and ability to contribute to achieving sustainable development goals and serving the community.
