The Business Administration Technology Department at Karbala Polytechnic College organized a workshop titled “The Role of Women in Teaching Children Responsibility and Self-Confidence,” presented by Asst. Lect. Abbas Hashim Noor, in the presence of a number of academic staff and students.
The workshop highlighted the pivotal role of women, especially mothers, in developing the values of responsibility and self-confidence in children through role modeling and daily behavior, as the child learns commitment, discipline, and bearing consequences by observing their mother’s actions.
The workshop also addressed the importance of encouraging the child and granting them the opportunity to experience and make decisions without fear, due to its impact on building an independent and balanced personality capable of facing challenges with confidence and bearing responsibility.
The workshop concluded with a set of interactive discussions that emphasized the importance of enhancing family and educational awareness in building a conscious and responsible generation possessing self-confidence and the ability to make decisions.
