Finance Division

Head of the Division: Ms. Azhar Abd Sabar Al-Ghanami

The Financial Division is directly linked to the Vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs and includes the following units:

• Salary Unit
• Records Unit
• Stores Unit
• Cash Box Unit
• Higher Education Fund Unit

Responsibilities and Duties of the Head of the Financial Division:

1. Develop plans and programs for the division’s tasks.
2. Supervise and continuously audit the division’s operations.
3. Distribute tasks within the division according to the specific units and provide continuous, direct follow-up.
4. Respond to reports from the university and the Board of Financial Supervision.
5. Oversee the salary distribution process.
6. Prepare schedules for the division’s tasks and set a time frame to complete the required work.
7. Ensure that financial allocations are available before the disbursement process and cash box reconciliation.
8. Review all accounting entries and sign the related supporting documents.
