Within the framework of enhancing scientific and academic cooperation between educational and research institutions, a delegation from Karbala Polytechnic College – Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, headed by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fadel Mohammed Dhaher, and comprising Prof. Dr. Wathiq Lafta Abdul-Ali and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hakim Tarteeb Kadhim, visited Al-Musaib Polytechnic College to discuss horizons of joint cooperation in organizing the college’s first international conference.
The delegation was received by the Dean of Al-Musaib Polytechnic College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Malik Nima Hawas Al-Khazraji. The meeting addressed mechanisms for coordination and cooperation between the two sides, as well as unifying the necessary scientific and organizational efforts to prepare for the conference, which is planned to be held in cooperation with Karbala Polytechnic College and the Iraqi Geotechnical Scientific Society.
Both sides also discussed mechanisms to enhance academic participation and exchange research expertise, thereby contributing to creating an effective scientific environment for discussing scientific developments in related fields and expanding areas of cooperation between academic and research institutions.
This visit comes within the direction of Karbala Polytechnic College – Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University towards consolidating scientific partnerships, supporting joint research initiatives, and enhancing its presence in scientific events and conferences, contributing to elevating the quality of scientific research and developing academic cooperation pathways.
