Within the framework of Karbala Polytechnic College’s keenness to enhance the efficiency of administrative performance and develop institutional work mechanisms, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fadel Mohammed Dhaher, held an expanded meeting with the directors of administrative divisions and units. The meeting aimed to follow up on the workflow and identify the most prominent requirements and needs necessary to elevate the level of performance.
The meeting addressed a range of topics related to organizing administrative work, following up on the execution of tasks and duties, and enhancing coordination and integration among divisions and units. Furthermore, it discussed the obstacles that may hinder the workflow and formulated appropriate solutions for them to ensure the smooth flow of procedures and the rapid completion of transactions.
The Dean emphasized the importance of adhering to the applicable regulations and instructions, adopting accuracy in completing and documenting tasks, and enhancing the spirit of responsibility and teamwork. This contributes to building a more efficient administrative system capable of responding to the requirements of academic and institutional work.
He also directed the necessity of continuously following up on files and tasks, developing work mechanisms, and utilizing digital tools in executing administrative procedures, thereby enhancing the quality of services provided to students, academic staff, and affiliates.
The meeting comes as part of the efforts by the Deanship of Karbala Polytechnic College to develop administrative performance and enhance the institutional work environment, in alignment with the directions of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in elevating the level of educational institutions and improving the quality of university services.
