Within the framework of the active scientific presence of the academic staff of Karbala Polytechnic College and their participation in academic and research activities, academic staff member Asst. Prof. Dr. Balqis Saadoun Jassim participated as a member of a master’s thesis defense committee at the Health and Medical Technical College / Kufa, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University.
The thesis, submitted by student Aws Jabbar Hani in the Community Health Technology Department, is titled “The Relationship Between Serum Vitamin D Levels and Body Mass Index Among Women of Reproductive Age in Urban Areas in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate / Iraq”.
This participation comes as an affirmation of the role of Karbala Polytechnic College’s academic staff in supporting postgraduate studies and scientific research, and enhancing academic communication and the exchange of expertise between the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, which contributes to supplying health studies with applied scientific research that serves the community.
