Within the framework of Karbala Polytechnic College’s strategy aimed at enhancing field monitoring and elevating the level of academic, administrative, and service performance, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fadel Mohammed Dhaher, accompanied by the Associate Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Fadel Al-Yasiri, conducted an inspection tour that included the Community Health Technology Department, the Medical Laboratory Technology Department, and the Business Administration Technology Department, to review the workflow and follow up on the implementation of administrative and scientific plans in the departments.

During the tour, the Dean reviewed the reality of work in the departments, the level of services provided to students, and the mechanism for organizing administrative and academic tasks, as well as following up on the requirements of the current stage, especially regarding the completion of tasks related to the final examinations and the completion of scientific and administrative procedures according to the specified timelines.

The Dean emphasized the importance of continuing to work with a team spirit, adhering to university regulations and instructions, and working to prepare an integrated educational and administrative environment that contributes to providing the best services to students. He stressed the need to elevate the quality of performance, enhance the culture of continuous development, and respond quickly to work requirements in a way that achieves the college’s goals and its academic mission.

He also listened to a number of remarks and proposals put forward by the heads of departments, the academic staff, and the administrative staff, directing the adoption of measures to overcome obstacles and support initiatives that contribute to improving performance and developing the work environment, thereby enhancing the quality of the educational process and achieving the highest levels of institutional efficiency.

This tour comes as part of the continuous field monitoring program adopted by the Deanship of Karbala Polytechnic College, in alignment with the directions of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at developing the university environment, elevating the quality of academic and administrative performance, and enhancing a culture of quality and institutional excellence.
