As part of the annual plan for the 2024/2025 academic year regarding scheduled programs and workshops for current students and graduates, the Qualification and Employment Unit organized the training program “Soft Skills in Tourism Companies.”
The three-day program was presented by Assistant Lecturer Rasool Taher Rasool. The training covered the definition of soft skills, the difference between soft skills and hard skills, and the various types of soft skills. It also addressed the specific soft skills required in tourism companies, as well as the role these skills play in securing the best job opportunities within the tourism sector.
A large number of students and graduates participated in the training program.
