The Summer Training Unit at Karbala Polytechnic College is dedicated to organizing and developing students’ practical skills. It is responsible for preparing trainee lists and issuing administrative orders for committees and supervisors, while directly coordinating with government directorates and provincial institutions to secure training placements and monitor students’ commencement and completion dates. Furthermore, the unit is keen on exchanging placements with other institutes and colleges to serve students residing in different provinces, conducting field follow-ups to prepare periodic and final evaluation reports, and ultimately providing proposals and outcomes that effectively bridge the gap between academic education and labor market requirements.
