Within the strategy of Karbala Polytechnic College to consolidate the quality of education and enhance the academic environment supporting excellence, the Electrical Engineering Technology Department, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, held a training course titled “Training on Neural Networks in AI Using the MATLAB Program.” The course took place in the department’s meeting room, with the participation of a number of faculty members.
The organization of this course came in harmony with the college’s plans aimed at developing the scientific and practical capabilities of the teaching staff. It included several axes that focused on introducing artificial neural networks and their working principles, as well as the mechanisms for designing smart models and their applications in the field of artificial intelligence using the MATLAB program.
The course was presented by: Asst. Lect. Hussein Mohammed Ali, Asst. Lect. Haider Fadhel Abd, and Asst. Lect. Haneen Safi Kadhim. They reviewed the theoretical and applied aspects of neural networks and the methods of employing them in data processing and analysis.
This activity comes in the context of the directions of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at elevating the quality of university education and keeping pace with modern scientific and technical developments.
