In a strategic step reflecting its commitment to the digital transformation path and the development of its academic system, Karbala Polytechnic College announced the adoption of the electronic grading system (Bubble Sheet) in examinations. This is based on the directives of the Presidency of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The adoption of the electronic system comes within the framework of a broader project to update administrative and academic infrastructures and transition toward digital automation in managing educational processes. This enhances performance efficiency and keeps pace with modern standards adopted in higher education institutions.

The system aims to achieve higher levels of accuracy and objectivity in evaluating students’ performance, reducing the human error rate, and accelerating the announcement of results. Furthermore, it provides an electronic database that contributes to analyzing examination outcomes and developing future academic plans.

The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fadel Mohammed Dhaher, affirmed that this step represents a qualitative leap in updating examination work mechanisms. It falls within a comprehensive strategic vision aimed at building an integrated technical education system that relies on modern technologies in its various joints, stressing the importance of preparing staff and examination committees to ensure the system’s application with high efficiency.

This procedure reflects Karbala Polytechnic College’s commitment to the vision of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University aimed at enhancing digital transformation and supporting the paths of quality and academic accreditation. This contributes to elevating the level of educational services and consolidating a modern university environment that responds to the requirements of technical and cognitive development.
