Dean of the Technical Institute of Karbala Convenes Meeting to Regulate Inventory Management and Annual Stocktaking

Professor Dr. Fadhil Mohammed Thahir, Dean of the Technical Institute of Karbala, held an extensive meeting to discuss the organization of inventory management and the mechanisms for conducting the annual stocktaking process. The meeting was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Sharifi, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, along with the heads of inventory and stocktaking committees.

The discussions emphasized the importance of adhering to administrative and financial regulations related to stocktaking procedures, as well as updating records in accordance with approved systems. These measures aim to enhance transparency and accuracy in the management and preservation of materials and assets.

The Dean further stressed the necessity of coordination among the designated committees to ensure smooth procedural flow and strict adherence to the established timelines for the annual inventory.
