The Quality Assurance and Performance Division at Karbala Polytechnic College is a fundamental pillar that reports administratively to the Dean, aiming to lead the college toward academic excellence and both national and international institutional accreditation. The division consists of four specialized units, Quality Assurance, Performance Evaluation, Training and Technical Support, and Laboratory Accreditation, which work in an integrated manner to apply the latest quality standards to educational outcomes. Its mission focuses on developing institutional performance by spreading a culture of quality, organizing training workshops, and preparing annual self-assessment reports. Furthermore, the division seeks to establish a comprehensive monitoring system that ensures continuous improvement for the performance of both departments and staff to meet labor market requirements. Through its mandates, the division provides technical and advisory support while monitoring the implementation of strategic plans to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. In doing so, the division embodies the college’s vision of making quality an integrated work system that reflects administrative maturity and the efficiency of educational outputs.
