The initiative also seeks to deliver high-quality digital educational services grounded in standards of reliability and e-governance, contributing to the accelerated completion of tasks across all Ministry institutions, including universities, administrative departments, faculty, and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-97668a7d0bcbf54bf94e773c1b2357b4\">The meeting addressed several key topics, most notably an introduction to the Human Resources Management System (HR), methods for entering official data, and mechanisms for assigning access privileges to relevant staff. Attendees emphasized the importance of adhering to the implementation of these modern systems launched by the Ministry, given their pivotal role in enhancing administrative performance and simplifying daily operational procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1d2834f4ea2753b8f06377af68375563\">This step is considered part of the Ministry of Higher Education\u2019s strategic direction, which aligns with the Iraqi government\u2019s vision of building institutions founded on digital governance.
