\n This division is one of the most important divisions at the institute, playing a pivotal role in every event and activity within all the institute’s departments. Its work requires constant, immediate, and continuous presence to cover and highlight these activities and events. \n Duties and Objectives:\n <\/p>\n

1.<\/span> Disseminating news and announcements related to the institute, its staff, students, and all aspects of the academic and educational process.<\/p>\n

2.<\/span> Developing the relationship between the institute as an institution and both the internal and external environments.<\/p>\n

3.<\/span> Enhancing the sense of belonging to the institute among both students and staff by presenting the institution in a professional, attractive manner.<\/p>\n

4.<\/span> Building and developing communication bridges within the institute’s components to serve the public interest.<\/p>\n

5.<\/span> Highlighting the institute\u2019s achievements and distinctive features and sharing them with the public.<\/p>\n

6.<\/span> Opening new communication channels with external community members, including institutions and individuals.<\/p>\n

7.<\/span> Advancing the media activities of the institute in terms of academic, technical, and training aspects to support the department\u2019s goals.<\/p>\n

8.<\/span> Professionally documenting all activities within the institute.<\/p>\n

9.<\/span> Supplying relevant entities with the necessary data, especially related to governmental communications.<\/p>\n

10.<\/span> Encouraging the internal environment to engage in various activities by providing media coverage and publishing opportunities.<\/p>\n

11.<\/span> Monitoring, documenting, and publishing activities carried out by staff and students outside the institute.<\/p>\n

12.<\/span> Assisting the institute\u2019s departments, sections, and units in developing educational and training programs according to academic media guidelines.<\/p>\n

13.<\/span> Establishing cooperation and communication channels with external media institutions to support the institute’s goals in spreading awareness and creating impact.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
