The Legal Division was established in 2005 and is responsible for performing various legal tasks related to the institute. It plays a crucial role in overseeing legal procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations. Below are the key tasks carried out by the division:

1. Organizing Student Guarantees and Commitments: This includes managing the guarantees and commitments for students enrolled in the institute.
2. Managing Contracts and Tenders: The division handles all legal procedures related to contracts and tenders for institute benefits, ensuring all processes comply with legal standards.
3. Managing Guarantees for Institute Staff: This involves organizing guarantees for staff members accepted into both undergraduate and graduate studies.
4. Responding to Official Communications: The legal division is responsible for answering letters received from the university and other official bodies.
5. Legal Notifications: The division handles the legal notifications received from judicial authorities, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
6. Lawsuits and Legal Claims: The division follows up on any lawsuits filed by or against the institute, ensuring proper legal procedures are followed.
7. Investigatory Committees: The division is involved in overseeing investigative committees, ensuring that investigations are conducted fairly and legally.
8. Property Valuation and Transactions: The division ensures the completion of legal processes related to property valuations, as well as sales and rental agreements.
9. University Housing Committee: The division monitors and completes legal documentation for university housing.
