
Karbala Technical Institute Holds Specialized Meeting to Advance HR and SIS Systems in Support of Digital Transformation in Universities

In line with his commitment to monitoring institutional performance and enhancing the campus environment, Professor Dr. Fadel Mohammed Thaher, Dean of the Karbala Technical Institute, conducted a field tour covering several key units of the Institute. He was accompanied by Lecturer Rasool Taher Al-Asadi, Director of the Rehabilitation and Employment Division, and Mr. Hamza Abu Hussein, Head of the Follow-up Division.
The Dean began his tour by inspecting the environmental conditions across the university campus, stressing the importance of maintaining a healthy and sustainable educational atmosphere—especially amid soaring temperatures. He emphasized the need for proactive measures to ensure the comfort and well-being of staff and students alike.
He then visited the Student Affairs Division to review ongoing operations, directing staff to intensify their efforts in delivering official documents to graduates promptly and with the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.
The tour also included a visit to the Department of Community Health Technologies, where the Dean reviewed the activities of the examination committee and the conduct of current exams. He also inspected the scientific laboratories, underscoring the importance of maintaining and preserving lab equipment to ensure uninterrupted service and educational delivery.
The final stop of the tour was the Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies, where the Dean evaluated workflow and examined the progress made in scientific laboratories. He praised the efforts of both academic and administrative staff for their dedication and performance.
Dean Thaher affirmed that this visit is part of a series of field inspections aimed at supporting the technical education environment and enhancing institutional performance. He commended the efforts that contribute to student success and reflect the collective commitment to advancing the academic and service standards of the Institute.
