This meeting comes in response to the Ministry’s directives aimed at building an integrated digital infrastructure that supports the national digital transformation strategy and streamlines administrative procedures in line with the government’s broader program. The meeting addressed several key topics, most notably an introduction to the Human Resources Management System (HR), methods for entering official data, and mechanisms for assigning access privileges to relevant staff. Attendees emphasized the importance of adhering to the implementation of these modern systems launched by the Ministry, given their pivotal role in enhancing administrative performance and simplifying daily operational procedures.
This step is considered part of the Ministry of Higher Education’s strategic direction, which aligns with the Iraqi government’s vision of building institutions founded on digital governance.
