Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Between Karbala Technical Institute and the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine

Karbala Technical Institute recently held its first Educational and Guidance Conference, focusing on critical aspects of student behavior and societal issues affecting the academic environment. The conference, organized by the institute’s Guidance Committee, included three major sessions.
The first session featured Sheikh Mohamed Mahmoud Mohamed, who discussed student behavior, addressing concerns over inappropriate clothing and adornment on campus.
The second session, presented by Assistant Professor Abdul Khader Aziz Mutshir, examined the influence of negative external phenomena on society and their impact on student conduct within the academic setting, along with strategies for their resolution. The third session, led by Senior Instructor Naima Kazem Abdul, focused on fostering the values of impact and altruism in students’ behavior.
During the event, two faculty members, Dr. Ali Hadi Azeem and Dr. Issam Mohamed Ali Bedi, were honored with the title of Professor in recognition of their academic excellence. Additionally, several outstanding students were awarded for their commitment, with acknowledgments from the head of the Civil Technology Department and Dr. Najat Hamza Hassan, the Director of the Institute’s Psychological and Educational Counseling Unit.
