Announcement for the Students Selected for Admission (First Batch) to the Evening Study Program at the Karbala Technical Institute for the Academic Year 2024-2025.

For the Following Departments:

– Community Health Technology 

– Medical Laboratory Technology 

– Electrical Technology 

All students who have been selected for admission to Karbala Technical Institute (Evening Study Program) in the aforementioned departments are required to visit the Institute’s headquarters, Student Affairs Department, on Sunday and Monday, 10th and 11th of November 2024, for registration. They must bring the following documents:

First: Tuition Fees

1. The tuition fees are to be paid via electronic payment cards, as per the following details: 

   – 2,000,000 Iraqi Dinars for students admitted to the Community Health Technology and Medical Laboratory Technology departments. 

   – 1,200,000 Iraqi Dinars for students admitted to the Electrical Technology department. 

   – 125,000 Iraqi Dinars for registration and student ID issuance (for all departments).

Second: Required Documents for Accepted Students’ Registration:

1. Graduation certificate or a confirmation letter indicating completion of secondary education, including the grade point average (GPA). The original certificate must be submitted within one month from the date of registration. 

2. Original medical examination certificate. 

3. Civil status ID and Iraqi nationality certificate or national ID card (colored copy). 

4. Residential card (colored copy). 

5. Six recent colored passport-sized photographs with a white background.

Third: Required Documents for the Sponsor:

1. An official letter of endorsement from the sponsor’s department addressed to Karbala Technical Institute / Evening Study Program. 

2. Original copy of the sponsor’s workplace ID (colored copy). 

3. Civil status ID, Iraqi nationality certificate, or national ID card of the sponsor (colored copy). 

4. Residential card of the sponsor (colored copy). 

5. The accepted student must attend in person for registration; failure to do so will prevent the completion of the registration process. 

6. If the sponsor is retired, the original pension ID must be presented, and no endorsement letter is required. 

7. The sponsor must attend personally, otherwise, the student’s registration will not be completed.

Please Note: Registration will begin at 2:30 PM.
