The Government Communication and Media Division at Karbala Polytechnic College serves as a fundamental pillar and a vital link connecting the college with its internal and external environments. The division is tasked with providing comprehensive and continuous coverage of all academic events and student activities through a contemporary professional lens. It aims to foster a sense of institutional belonging and highlight scientific and educational achievements via modern communication channels, with a dedicated focus on documenting data and fulfilling government communication requirements with precision and professionalism. Through its specialized units; Media, Production, and Public Relations, the division strives to advance the media landscape both technically and academically, while building fruitful bridges of cooperation with external institutions to serve the college’s strategic goals and enhance its societal presence.

  1. Publishing news, announcements, and activities related to the educational process, while documenting all internal and external college events with professional excellence.

  2. Providing relevant authorities with necessary data and reports, and acting as the official liaison to ensure the accurate and seamless flow of information.

  3. Assisting scientific and administrative departments in producing training and educational programs in accordance with rigorous academic media standards.

  4. Keeping pace with media trends by updating technical tools, methods, and training to enhance the overall media performance of the institute.

  5. Providing all necessary media coverage and platforms to encourage students and staff to showcase their various activities and initiatives.
