Established in 2005, the Legal Division serves as the organizational cornerstone for ensuring the integrity of administrative and legal procedures within the college. It manages study guarantees and undertakings for students and staff, while overseeing contracts for lecturers, daily wage workers, and public auctions for college facilities. The division also represents the college before judicial authorities, monitors lawsuits and investigative committees, and finalizes minutes for appraisal, write-off, and university housing committees. Furthermore, it manages residential land plot allocations for faculty and technical staff, responds to official correspondence, and documents data regarding dismissals and asset seizures. The division remains committed to continuous professional development through specialized workshops and training at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University.
