Within the annual plan for the academic year 2024/2025 concerning programs and workshops scheduled for continuing students and alumni, the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit held an in-person training program titled “The Impact of Employee Absenteeism on Job Performance.” The program was presented by Asst. Prof. Ali Nima Hassan and continued for three days.

The program included an introduction to public service and the fundamental duties of an employee across various specializations. It also addressed the laws and the legal and ethical framework regarding an employee’s commitment to official working hours and dedication to their work. Furthermore, a large number of students and graduates participated in the training program.
