The Qualification and Employment Unit at the Technical Institute of Karbala concluded its intensive training program, “Soft Skills for Qualifying Graduates to Enter the Labor Market,” which ran for three days in the institute’s Continuing Education Hall. The program aimed to equip graduates with the essential skills necessary to enhance their opportunities in the labor market.
The training was conducted by Assistant Lecturer Rasool Taher Al-Asadi, Director of the Qualification and Employment Unit, who delivered a series of interactive workshops focusing on a wide range of core skills considered the cornerstone of the modern work environment. The main themes of the program included effective communication skills, negotiation, marketing, self-introduction, emotional intelligence, time management, and teamwork.
At the conclusion of the program, the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Fadhil Muhammad Dhahir, distributed certificates of participation to the graduate trainees, praising their efforts and active involvement that enriched the training experience.
This program comes as part of the Technical Institute of Karbala’s commitment to supporting its graduates and providing them with the necessary tools to succeed in their professional careers.
