The Dean of Karbala Polytechnic College, Prof. Dr. Fadel Mohammed Dhaher, held a periodic meeting with the Higher Education Fund Unit at the College to discuss the workflow and mechanisms for developing performance in line with the requirements of the current stage.
The meeting included a review of the Unit’s operational plans and an examination of their implementation mechanisms, along with a discussion of challenges and proposed solutions to ensure the achievement of the set goals efficiently and effectively.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of continuous coordination between the College Deanship and the Higher Education Fund Unit. This contributes to providing the necessary support and enhancing the quality of the educational process, as well as establishing principles of transparency and administrative organization in resource management.
This meeting falls within the College’s keenness to follow up on the work of its administrative formations and develop them, which reflects positively on the level of institutional performance and the services provided.
