ANNOUNCEMENT: List of Candidates Accepted for Evening Studies at Karbala Polytechnic College

Karbala Polytechnic College invites students nominated for admission to the Evening Studies program for the 2025–2026 academic year to report to the Students’ Affairs Division to complete registration procedures for the following scientific departments:

1. Community Health Technology Department
2. Medical Laboratory Technology Department
3. Electrical Engineering Technology Department
4. Building and Construction Engineering Technology Department
5. Renewable Energy Engineering Technology Department
6. Accounting Technology Department

Important Notes

• Study seats are limited, and registration is based on the priority of attendance at the College’s Registration Division.
• Accepted students must attend in person.
• Registration will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 18–19, 2025. The right to claim the study seat will be forfeited after this period.
• Registration Location: Karbala Polytechnic College (Karbala–Hindiya Road, near Column 315), Students’ Affairs Division.
• Registration Time: From 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Financial Requirements

Payment must be made using electronic payment cards, according to the following fees:

• Medical Departments: 2,000,000 IQD (Two Million Iraqi Dinars)
• Engineering Departments: 1,200,000 IQD (One Million Two Hundred Thousand Iraqi Dinars)
• Administrative Departments: 750,000 IQD (Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Iraqi Dinars)

Registration Requirements

• Attestation of Grades: Original + two copies from the preparatory school, stating the average grade.
• Medical Examination: Original certificate from a health center.
• Personal Documents:
  • Color copy of the Student’s National Card.
  • Six color personal photos with a white background.
• Student Guarantor (Kafala):
  • Employed Guarantor: Attestation letter from the guarantor’s department + department ID + National ID + Residence Card.
  • Retired Guarantor: Retirement ID + National ID + Residence Card.
  • The guarantor must attend in person (Guarantor procedures cannot be completed without the guarantor’s presence).
