Karbala Polytechnic College Announces Public Auction for Lease of Student Club

Karbala Polytechnic College, a formation of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University (ATU), announces a public auction (Muzayada) for the lease of its Student Club building. This re-announcement is due to the lack of bidders in the previous round. The lease will be valid for one academic year (2025–2026). The College states that the auction will be held thirty days following the day the announcement is published in the official gazette, and will take place in Al-Hawraa Hall at the Business Administration Technology Department.

Interested participants must visit the Finance Division / Higher Education Fund to pay the initial legal security deposit amounting to (20%) of the estimated value. They will receive the terms and specifications upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 IQD (One Hundred Thousand Iraqi Dinars). Interested parties have the right to inspect the Student Club prior to the auction and must attend at the specified date and location. The successful bidder will bear the costs of publication and advertisement, as well as the fees for the Estimation, Sale, and Lease Committees.

• Receipt for the legal security deposit (20% of the estimated value).
• Tax clearance certificate for the current year.
• Letter of No Conviction.
• Participation receipt.
