The Psychological and Educational Guidance Committee of the Business Administration Technology Department at Karbala Polytechnic College – Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University (ATU) – held its regular meeting. The session, attended by the Head of the Department and committee members, addressed several issues related to the students’ academic and educational welfare.

The meeting focused on scheduling the upcoming guidance session for second-year students and discussing the primary challenges they face during the academic year. The committee also established mechanisms for addressing these challenges, aiming to find quick and effective solutions that ensure a stable educational process.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of strengthening communication between mentors and students, as well as monitoring behavioral and psychological aspects. These efforts are crucial for creating a positive university environment that fosters student capabilities and enhances their academic performance.
