Karbala Technical Institute, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, announces the conduct of a public auction for the lease of the properties and facilities listed below, for a period of one academic year (2025–2026). The auction will take place at the institute (Al-Hawraa Hall / Office Management Techniques Department) at 10:00 a.m. on the thirtieth day starting from the day following the publication of this announcement in the official newspapers.
Interested individuals wishing to participate in the auction are requested to visit the Financial Division – Higher Education Fund to pay the initial deposit, amounting to 20% of the estimated value, and to receive the terms and specifications upon payment of the non-refundable fee specified in the table below. Participants are also entitled to inspect the properties and facilities intended for lease and to attend at the designated time and location mentioned above.
The successful bidder shall bear the costs of publication and advertisement, as well as the fees of the valuation, sales, and leasing committees.
