President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Oversees Final Examinations at Karbala Technical Institute

As part of his ongoing field visits to monitor academic activities across university formations, Professor Dr. Hasan Latif Al-Zubaidi, President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, conducted an inspection of the final examinations for undergraduate students—both morning and evening sessions—at Karbala Technical Institute for the 2024–2025 academic year.

The visit comes within the broader framework of the university president’s follow-up on examination processes at the university’s various branches located across the provinces of Najaf, Muthanna, Qadisiyah, Babylon, and the holy city of Karbala.

During his visit to Karbala Technical Institute, Dr. Al-Zubaidi reviewed the progress of the examinations and the procedures implemented to ensure their smooth conduct and active student participation. He met with several members of the examination committees and invigilators for both sessions and expressed his appreciation for their preparedness. He also examined the nature of the exam questions and confirmed their alignment with the academic curriculum, stressing that all university resources are dedicated to supporting students.

The university president commended the efforts of the Institute’s leadership, faculty, and the main examination committee for their dedication to ensuring the success of the examination process. He extended his best wishes for success to all students.

Dr. Al-Zubaidi was accompanied during his inspection by Professor Dr. Fadhel Mohammed Thahir, Dean of Karbala Technical Institute, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Fadhel Neama, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs; Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Sharifi, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs; and a number of department heads and senior staff members at the Institute.
